Harald Ekelund
Harald is responsible for the overall management and day-to-day operations of Human Factors, working to ensure the company’s development is efficient, sustainable, and value-creating.
Together with his brother, Bjørn Z. Ekelund, he has been instrumental in building the company since 1997. With an academic background in economics and law, Harald has focused on corporate governance, organizational development, and business development, including finance, supplier agreements, and the strategic development and protection of the company’s intellectual capital.
He is committed to combining long-term value creation with ethical responsibility and positive societal impact. As a shareholder and board member, Harald also contributes to the company’s strategic direction and prepares documentation for board meetings and the General Assembly.
