A QUESTIONNAIRE AND A WORKSHOP/WEBINAR
The Diversity Icebreaker questionnaire and workshop were developed in Norway between 1995-1997 by psychologist Bjørn Z. Ekelund and his company, Human Factors AS. To date, the tool has been translated into 19 languages and is being implemented in both very large and small organizations worldwide.

AI evaluation of the profile
The AI evaluation consists of approximately 750 words and is available via the menu in the group profile. Feel free to use it as a supplement to interpret the profile or as inspiration for specific measures and further follow-up after the seminar. See an example.
Workshop - face-to-face or virtual
Diversity Icebreaker is easy to use for consultants and facilitators; easy to understand for participants; and scientifically validated.
A typical workshop lasts 60-90 minutes and can be conducted for groups of 9 to 200 participants. The workshop formula is flexible based on situational contexts, which opens possibilities for further team building in various directions.
